About Us
Tommy Kellogg started in the construction industry in 1974 as an apprentice sheetrock finisher. By 1977, he was promoted to sheetrock finisher and was working on projects throughout the central United States.
Through the years, Tommy gained a wealth of knowledge on the construction process, including federal contracting. In January 2006, Tommy started KSR Services in order to capitalize on the experience gained in providing construction services to Federal owners and users over the last thirty (30) years in the construction industry. Tommy’s daily responsibilities consist of overseeing the daily field operations for KSR Services in providing services to its Federal owners and users.

- Served in the United States Army, Honorable discharge as Spec 5 1966-1968
