KSR strongly believes that safety should never be sacrificed in order to meet budget or schedule constraints.
KSR’s safety program is administered and regulated by a full-time safety manager. The company also employs a full-time environmental safety engineer. KSR’s safety program is designed with the objective of zero accidents and injuries, and as a result, the company has an industry-leading EMR rating.
Safety Education
KSR encourages and requires employees to attend continuing education and training seminars, and regularly holds such meetings inhouse. The training ranges from construction training and associated safety requirements to safety-specific training offered by insurance providers and other training organizations; such as Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) and Oklahoma Safety Council (OSC). KSR acknowledges company participation and regularly rewards its personnel for furthering their education and experience in safety management.
